Strategy Analyst (HF)

Working closely with the Groups general management and in direct collaboration with all of the Groups entities the CEO office team participates in the development of the Group strategy and its execution driving key internal initiatives and steering the core Group governance instances (e.g. Steering Committee Executive Committee).

As a Group Strategy Analyst you will play a key role in deploying Devoteams 4-year Strategic Plan.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Strategic Governance: Support General Management in planning and coordinating internal governance cadence aligned with the 4-year Strategic Plan
• Market intelligence: Conduct market research and benchmarking exercises to identify high-potential expansion areas and structure new service offerings
• Data Modeling & Analytics: Gather and model data to guide executive decision-making on growth levers new ventures and strategic partnerships
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with Group teams (e.g. Sales Marketing Finance M&A) across all regions to align on local and Group existing and new business development initiatives
• Strategic Workshops: Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to stimulate general management reflection on new strategic initiatives

On a daily basis you will interface directly with Country Managers and Business Unit Directors across 25 countries.

Qualifications :

• MSc in Business Economics or Engineering
• 2 years of relevant experience in management consulting corporate strategy corporate finance or M&A
• Good business acumen and experience serving multiple stakeholders
• Experience in change management and excellent communication skills
• Quantitative and modelling skills data analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office or G Suite
• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI tools into daily workflows
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus
