Senior Test Engineer

As a Senior Test Engineer you will:

• Define the scope of testing within the context of each product and release by collaborating with Test Engineers defining test approaches and reviewing and writing test scenarios.
• Planning test activities follow up on progress and approach by ensuring priority alignment inside the team driving alignment with the involved parties in setting up the environments and tools.
• Prepare assessment of the product quality by reviewing requirements design documentation creating the test scenarios test cases and test data including automation of the test cases.
• Run assessment of the product quality by running tests and reporting on the outcome.
• Continuously assess and look for ways to improve the quality of the product including requirements review and improvement to the testing approach.
• Leverage test analysis and test automation patterns to ensure requirement coverage fast and reliable test execution.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of7yearsof relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of software testing standards methodologies test planning test scenario design test case creation and execution.
• Proficiency inAPI testingusing Postman Kreya or similar tools as well as automated testing and system integration testing.
• Strong knowledge ofSQL databases containerized environments observability tools and complex enterprise system integration.
• Solid understanding ofDefect Management including defect prioritization root cause analysis and the use of test and defect management tools.
• Ability to understand business requirements define testing priorities manageUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity withAgilesoftware development and testing methodologies with the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
