Job Summary

Cintoo is a fast-growing scale-up building a SaaS platform at the intersection of Reality Capture and Digital Twins. Our cloud-based Scan & BIM platform helps teams manage and share reality capture data such as laser scans without compromising accuracy. As our Senior Marketer you will help shape how we reach engage and convert the accounts that matter most to our growth.

What you will do

  • Shape and lead the marketing strategy for priority segments and markets including 1:1 1:few and 1:many ABM motions.
  • Help shape how we use AI agents to scale marketing workflows improve lead qualification and strengthen sales-marketing alignment.
  • Use the campaign budget thoughtfully focusing spend where it can create the strongest pipeline impact and return.
  • Work with Sales and RevOps to define our ICP account tiers and target account lists and help keep account selection focused and consistent.
  • Turn strategy into clear campaign briefs giving colleagues the priorities context and budget guidance they need to execute well.
  • Plan integrated campaigns across paid owned and partner channels from objectives and offers to sequencing and channel mix.
  • Create practical ways to measure campaign performance attribution and progress across target-account cohorts.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Product Marketing Content Events and SalesOps to align plans and create smooth handoffs.
  • Use intent and engagement signals such as content consumption website behavior and third-party intent to make campaigns more relevant.
  • Test learn and improve how we reach and engage the right accounts then turn those learnings into repeatable playbooks.
  • Make sure targeting and activation are handled responsibly and comply with data governance standards and regional regulations including GDPR.

What you bring

  • A strong understanding of ABM approaches including 1:1 1:few and 1:many and how to connect them into integrated campaign plans.
  • Experience defining ICPs account tiers audience segments and ways to activate intent data.
  • Confidence working with data to understand performance attribution and campaign effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology ideally HubSpot and advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Google and Meta.
  • Curiosity and good judgment in applying AI to marketing with a focus on human review authenticity and practical impact rather than automation for its own sake.
  • Clear communication skills including the ability to write structured briefs and align stakeholders around a plan.
  • Experience with web personalization direct mail or event-based ABM is a plus.
  • Experience designing experiments and using insights to improve results.
  • Knowledge of our target industries (Industrial Asset Owners / Operators and AECO) or multilingual communication across EU markets is helpful.

Experience

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or a related field is welcome but equivalent practical experience is just as valuable. You will likely bring around 510 years of relevant marketing experience with a strong mix of strategy execution and collaboration.
