You join the Operations & Growth team part of Youtrusts Revenue organisation in the Revenue Performance & Sales Strategy pole. Your job is to make our revenue performance reliable and readable. You own the forecast performance tracking and compensation plans so our CRO and sales leaders can make sound decisions and reach our annual growth target.

You will report to Aurélien who heads up the division and work closely with the sales finance and RevOps teams on a daily basis. This is an ideal position for a dynamic individual who is eager to contribute to the operational strategy.

• Run the weekly revenue forecast and track it against monthly quarterly and annual targets. Present part of it and keep everyone involved aligned.

• Design and implement sales compensation plans calculate commissions each month and answer sales reps questions.

• Build run and improve the monthly performance review with the Aurélien Fanny our CRO and Sales leaders.

• Own the revenue dashboards and make sure our business data is reliable and consistent.

• Support analysis for the Sales motion on strategic topics such as territory or segment analysis.

• You have experience in Business Ops RevOps Sales Ops or Compensation Management.

• You build spreadsheet models that others can read check and reuse.

• You know B2B SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR pipeline coverage and win rate and you know how a forecast is built.

• You have worked with CRM data ideally in Salesforce and you spot data quality issues.

• You understand how sales compensation plans work: quotas accelerators thresholds.

• You build dashboards that answer a business question.

• You care about how sales work and why the numbers move. You understand figures you do not just produce them.

• You check your numbers before sharing them.

• You already use AI tools in your daily work and you check what they produce.

• You explain complex topics simply and get different teams to agree on the same numbers.

• You speak French fluently and English at B2 level or above.

• Salary: 45000 EUR to 52000 EUR fixed gross per year variable up to 3000 EUR
