Position: Music & Lyrics Expert - French
Type: Contract
Compensation: $17$54/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres ensuring adherence to quality standards in both French and English.
• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities and evaluate creativity and originality.
• Rate lyrics based on quality creativity prompt adherence and originality.
• Assess the naturalness of lyrics focusing on word choice slang and regional expressions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in French and ability to follow detailed instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter lyricist performer composer or music journalist with knowledge of the French music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance theory or composition.
• Credited or published songwriting work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary French genres sub-genres and artists.
