About the position:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to provide excellent support to end users in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide daily IT support to employees: diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and access issues
• Prepare maintain and configure IT equipment (laptops peripherals mobile devices) for new and existing employees
• Set up and maintain network connections and devices
• Manage and support MDM solutions on at least two of the three major operating systems (Windows macOS Linux)
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment (user management licenses Outlook Teams etc.)
• Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
• Set up and maintain meeting rooms (hardware conferencing systems Teams/Zoom integration AV equipment)
• Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of internal IT operations
• Explore and apply AI tools to streamline IT support and internal processes (e.g. building scripts or lightweight apps with AI assistance automating repetitive tasks)
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with end users and team members

• 3 years of experience in IT support or IT operations
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (any platform)
• Familiarity with Windows Linux and/or macOS operating systems
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell Bash etc.)
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Atlassian products
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work and building simple applications or automations with AI assistance
• Interest in or experience integrating AI solutions with existing systems and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
