We are seeking our futureInternational Media Assistant Internto support several accountsoperatingin France and abroad starting from October 2026.

Yourfuturechallenges

As aninternyouwillassistexecutivesand consulting managers inmanagingvariousclients. Thisincludescoordinatingwithdifferentmedia experts andsupportingoperationaltasks. Our scope ofworkspansallgeographiesandcoversbothonline and offline media.

Yourkeyresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with media experts (Social Programmatic Publishing Offline) throughout campaign phases:briefing challenging media recommendations tracking timelinesmonitoringcampaigns and presenting performance reviews.
• ClientSupport:Respondto clientrequestsandneedsbyproposingsuitablemedia activations.
• MarketIntelligence:Stayup to datewithmarkettrends and media innovations (technical data-related). Support transversalprojects ad-hocstudies andcompetitiveanalyses.
• FinancialMonitoring:Assist intrackingcampaignbudgets andfinancials.
• LocalMarketCoordination:Coordinatewithlocalmarket:follow up on briefingscampaignprogress andprovidedailysupport onvariousrequests.

YourProfile

• Experience: Previousinternship or first professional experience inmediamarketing administrationbusinessor financeis apprecited.
• Education &Languages:Masterslevel(Bac4/5)froma businessschool communicationadvertisingschool inenglish and frenchismandatory.
• TechnicalSkills:Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel).Comfortableworkingwithnumbers.
• SoftSkills: tomultitask flexible and adaptable. Team spirit and collaborativemindset.
