Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your insurance expertise in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Youll work alongside collaborative innovative and solution-driven teammates.

Youll play a key role in supporting the Group Insurance Director (GID) and Deputy Group Insurance Director by coordinating insurance matters across front-end and back-end activities. Day-to-day youll work closely with Regional Insurance Managers (RIMs) internal stakeholders and external partners manage administrative follow-ups and contribute to management reports.

Youll specifically take care of implementing the Groups Insurance Policy through global and local programs as well as providing support for renewals premiums claims and insurance data collection but also contribute to developing common standards for insurance practices across the organization.

Well look to you for:

• Acting as the HQ coordinator for daily administrative follow-ups and issue resolution

• Supporting the implementation of the Groups Insurance Policy through global programs and Local Integrated Policies

• Contributing to renewal and premium processes including allocation invoicing and coordination with multiple stakeholders

• Providing full administrative support for the Captive (ARé) including premium processes and liaising with relevant stakeholders

• Coordinating the worldwide annual insurance data collection process and analyzing underwriting information

• Monitoring global insurance activities including KPIs and fees

• Providing support on large and/or complex insurance claims

• Managing and delivering insurance renewal processes for local and corporate insurance policies if appointed

• Supporting RIMs in managing project-specific policies from inception to delivery

• Contributing to developing and maintaining common standards tools and guidance for insurance matters

• Fostering dialogue and communication within business segments/entities and responding to internal queries

• Reviewing and challenging Certificates of Insurance (COI) from local partners suppliers subcontractors and for Alstom

• Degree in Business Finance Insurance or a related field

• Experience or understanding of global insurance programs claims management and risk assessment

• Knowledge of insurance policies renewals and premium allocation processes

• Familiarity with data collection analysis and reporting in an insurance context

• A relevant insurance or risk management certification (e.g. ARM CPCU or equivalent)

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
