Independence Support Analyst

The Independence Support Analyst supports the Networks independence and compliance processes by providing technical assistance troubleshooting issues and performing basic data analytics under supervision. This role is ideal for earlycareer professionals seeking experience in compliance operations technology support and global collaboration.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Operations
  • Manage day-to-day WeCheck support tickets (WeCheck is the Networks internally developed independence check tool)
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets by following established protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues troubleshooting steps and final resolution
• Compliance Support
  • Assist Country Acceptance Officers (Group) / Acceptance Team (US) with guidance and data collection to ensure adherence to international independence standards
• Documentation & Tracking
  • Record all support requests escalations and actions taken in the tracking system ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized documentation to support auditability and process consistency
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with global teams across regions and time zones
  • Learn to communicate effectively in a multinational cross-cultural environment
  • Participate in the deployment of the Network independence compliance tool including testing of new tool functionalities prior to release
• Data Analytics
  • Perform basic data analysis to support trend identification recurring issue detection and potential improvements
  • Assist with preparing summaries or reports under supervision

Qualifications :

• Masters degree (Bac5) and at least 1 year post degree professional experience  
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel trend identification)
• Ability to follow established protocols and procedures
• Ability to document issues clearly and accurately
• Ability to recognize when to ask for guidance or escalate
• Ability to learn new systems (ServiceNow Jira Power BI)
• Strong problem-solving analytical and critical thinking skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured process-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and cultures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Teams Outlook)
• Possess strong technology skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools
• Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally
