BUSINESS COORDINATOR

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and passionate sales team to contribute to the growth of Givaudans business with a key account As a Business Coordinator you will be a key member of our team helping to manage projects and deliver superior fragrances for well-known brands in different consumer product categories for an international account. You will have the opportunity to actively interact with all the cross-functional stakeholders and with the different regions to make a positive impact.

In this Business Coordinator role you will:

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support the key account managers with brief management client requests and internal workflows
• Be the clients point of contact for day-to-day project activities (brief info bases sampling)
• Collaborate and follow up with key functions: regulatory / evaluation / development teams / sampling labs / customer care on the projects across categories (fabric care home care and personal care)

Brief Coordination

• Coordinate project submission documentation including regulatory documents pricing quotations creative fragrance pyramids.
• Manage & update internal project tracking systems / selling fragrance portfolio / collections
• Be the owner of the customer SharePoint platform to ensure documents are continuously up to date
• Support the team for the development of winning fragrances

Pricing

• Build sales reports and liaise with the controlling & pricing teams
• Be responsible for updating and communicating the selling fragrance portfolio across our systems including pricing and incoterms.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelors Degree holder with an interest in fragrance industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support / account management project management or logistics
• Rigorous solution-oriented and able to multitask
• Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and openness to learning
• Experience in managing well different IT systems
• Proficiency in Excel including Vlookup Pivot Tables Databases
• Global mindset and team spirit
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Ability to cultivate trust and manage well the customer relationships
• Proficiency in French and English German is a plus
