• Base Salary: 1045.72 gross/month
• Sales & Performance Bonuses:
• Quarterly Sales Bonus: Up to 900 gross.
• Monthly Productivity Bonus: Up to 240 gross.
• Contract: Initial 12-month contract with continuous development opportunities.
• Paid Onboarding: 1-2 weeks of comprehensive initial training.

• Assist French-speaking customers via inbound calls and emails regarding technical support (Internet TV fiber-optic services) and billing/account management.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and guide customers toward quick resolutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to recommend new products upgraded plans or contract renewals.
• Deliver a professional empathetic and high-quality customer experience.

• Fluency in French (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2 level for training and support).
• Previous experience in customer service technical support or sales is highly valued.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with mobile/telecom devices.
• Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
