FP&A Intern or Apprentice

Are you ready to shape the future of finance We are looking for an FP&A Assistant Intern or Apprentice to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The position is based in Paris and is available as a six-month internship or apprenticeship starting as soon as possible. You will report to the FP&A Manager.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the preparation and monitoring of budgets forecasts and monthly closings
• Contributing to the analysis of the Groups financial performance and that of its various entities
• Preparing financial reports variance analyses and presentations for management
• Collecting consolidating and analysing financial data from different departments
• Participating in the continuous improvement of reporting and analysis tools and processes
• Collaborating with business teams to understand operational and financial challenges
• Assisting the team in preparing business cases and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making

Your profile:

• Masters level student (business school university or equivalent) specialising in finance management control or audit
• Strong command of Excel and financial reporting tools (knowledge of EPM system or Power BI is a plus)
• Analytical mindset rigour and ability to work with numerical data
• Organised able to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills team spirit and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
• Proactive curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
