As an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks you come with relevant experience selling to Emerging Enterprise ($250 - $1B revenue) accounts in France. As a successful candidate you are a self-starter who understands the consumption sales process. You know how to sell innovation and value to existing customers identify new use cases and grow consumption and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in-depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. The impact you will have:

• Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
• Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
• Track all customer details including use case purchase time frames next steps and forecasting in Salesforce
• Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
• Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
• Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
• Connect to your accounts ecosystem (stakeholders influencers partners VC PE cloud providers etc)
• Drive both technical and business discussions adapting the narrative to the audience (C level middle management practitioner) and persona (IT Data & AI Finance Operations Marketing Sales)

What we look for:

• Strong closing experience selling SaaS / Cloud or Big Data/AI solutions to Mid Market Customers in France (Digital Native experience is highly desirable)
• Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message MEDDPIC Challenger Sale)
• Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data / AI technologies and their business value for the customer
• Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas
• Masters Degree or relevant work experience
• Fluency in English and French is required
