Today were recruiting an Editorial Manager for our client Chain of Events the company behind the events where the people shaping technology actually meet based in Paris.

• Signal Week the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026 it draws 10000 attendees from 100 countries roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250 banks and financial institutions over $50T in assets under management and 70 government officials and regulators BlackRock J.P. Morgan Deutsche Bank Fidelity BNY Mellon Citi the London Stock Exchange ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.

• RAISE Summit the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024 it has grown from 2000 to 9000 attendees across three editions (80% C-level from 76 countries) with 350 speakers spanning AI infrastructure enterprise adoption agentic systems sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq) plus the Versailles AI Gala the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1100 startup applications in 2026).

• MACHINA Summit Europes leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids industrial robotics autonomous systems and next-generation humanmachine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale with speakers from Google DeepMind Boston Dynamics NVIDIA 1X Apptronik and Agility Robotics. Its the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio with the most white space ahead of it.

This is not a support role. As Editorial Manager for Signal Week youll bring a real perspective on the digital assets industry and help curate the conversations that define where its heading. Youre expected to have opinions spot the right voices and shape the debates that matter from early programme conception all the way to live delivery.

Your missions:

• Shape the programme contribute to Signal Weeks editorial vision: key themes open questions and narrative arcs that resonate with a senior audience. Map the digital assets ecosystem (programmable finance regulation & compliance tokenisation institutional adoption stablecoins) to surface timely topics and underexplored angles. Propose sessions panels and formats that create real intellectual value not just brand visibility.

• Find and land the right speakers build targeted lists of high-calibre speakers: executives from financial institutions regulators protocol founders investors researchers and policy experts. Write personalised outreach and manage the relationship through to confirmation and preparation. Brief speakers so each session matches its intent and the events overall narrative.

• Write and coordinate content draft session descriptions and programme copy that carry the sophistication and ambition of Signal Week. Work with Marketing to turn editorial content into compelling promotional materials and with Sales to integrate sponsored slots without compromising editorial standards.

• Deliver on-site support speakers with briefings backstage coordination and smooth panel delivery and help orchestrate the live agenda including last-minute changes handled with composure.

• Real editorial ownership: your research and outreach directly shape Signal Weeks programme not just support it.

• Access to 8000 of the worlds most influential voices in finance blockchain and digital assets.

• Direct exposure to the leaders and debates shaping the future of money markets and digital infrastructure.

Youll report to the Head of Content and work closely with the Co-founders across the full editorial cycle. Day to day youll collaborate with the Marketing Sales and Customer Success teams across Chain of Events. Expect a fast-paced multicultural and entrepreneurial environment where curiosity and initiative are genuinely valued.

• Youre native or fully professional in English (French is a plus other languages welcome).

• You have a Masters background in finance economics journalism political science international affairs or a related field or equivalent experience.

• You have genuine demonstrable knowledge of blockchain digital assets or the intersection of finance and technology ideally including key protocols market structure regulatory frameworks (MiCA etc.) and institutional dynamics.

• You have an editorial instinct: you can tell a topic thats trending from one thats genuinely worth debating.

• You have strong research and writing skills you can distil a complex topic into a sharp focused session proposal.

• Youre comfortable with senior profiles (C-level institutional investors regulators) and confident enough to reach out to a CIO a DeFi founder and a central banker in the same week and make each feel the conversation is worth their time.

• Youre organised proactive and able to juggle multiple workstreams at speed.

• Ideally you have previous experience in editorial content strategy journalism or events (internship or otherwise).
