Customer Service Coordination Specialist
Job Summary
Nextlink is seeking The Customer Service Coordination Specialist supports the Coordination Team in ensuring efficient customer service operations supply chain coordination reporting and process improvement activities. This role acts as a key link between multiple business functions supporting operational continuity digital transformation initiatives and administrative processes while contributing to continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
- Monitor daily operational activities and prepare reports related to supply shortages supply constraints and service performance.
- Produce validate structure and maintain operational analyses and reports to support decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for operational effectiveness.
- Provide support for digital order management and invoicing processes.
- Assist in monitoring and resolving issues related to EDI e-Invoicing OCR and other digital transaction flows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of supplier invoices.
- Provide administrative assistance related to supplier contracts and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data accuracy.
- Participate in coordination projects and support ad hoc business requests.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification automation and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and promote the responsible use of AI and digital tools.
- Work closely with team members to ensure business continuity and effective knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Support a culture of teamwork problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent 3-year university degree.
- Initial professional experience in Customer Service Customer Support Logistics Supply Chain or a related operational environment.
- Internships apprenticeships or entry-level professional experience will be considered.
- Experience in data analysis project management continuous improvement or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Familiarity with EDI e-Invoicing and OCR processes is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to create validate structure and interpret reports and analyses.
- Interest in digital tools automation technologies and AI-driven process improvements.

Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization.
