As a Pharmaceutical Representative on a work-study program you will report to a Regional Director and your objectives will be to:
Manage and support a client portfolio (pharmacies drugstores specialty stores)
Grow FILORGAs market share and visibility
Prospect for and establish new retail locations
What are the responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Plan sales routes visit and manage day-to-day operations at pharmacies drugstores and select retail chains (Marionnaud Monoprix) in the area.
Take orders and ensure that agreements are properly fulfilled.
Highlight and promote our products and ensure optimal brand visibility.
Contribute to the timely collection of payments for orders.
Sell-out Development:
Negotiate additional visibility (promotions featured displays end-cap displays etc.) in line with the marketing plan and/or negotiated agreements.
Use the tools provided: rulers displays planograms end-cap kits etc.
Ensure the product line is properly represented on the shelves (compliance with planograms)
Ensure the impact of sales challenges and support their implementation in the field
Train pharmacy staff on our products their benefits and their use
Serve as a true advisor to pharmacy staff
Analysis and Reporting
Analyze sector activity to optimize sales growth.
Ensure regular feedback: reporting competitive intelligence insights from the field etc.
Produce daily qualitative reports
Identify the potential and specific needs of each client and propose concrete actions to implement
Required qualifications for this position:
You are pursuing a bachelors or masters degree at a business school
You have at least some experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in the field
You are proactive and willing to challenge the status quo.
Youre known for your organizational skills and ability to work independently.
You enjoy advising others providing training and interacting with the public.
You thrive in a hands-on role and take a meticulous approach to customer follow-up.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit are qualities you value.
Ability to adapt and be flexible.
