Apprentice Strategic Projects Ops (HFN)
Job Summary
The Strategic Projects Ops Apprentice plays a transversal role within the Artist Services team supporting A&R onboarding training knowledge-sharing and internal communication. His work helps new A&Rs ramp up faster gives existing teams better access to useful tools and resources and ensures key business information is communicated clearly across teams. Through the preparation of internal resources recurring communication formats such as the AS Bulletin and A&R Call and support on strategic materials and seminars he contributes to keeping A&Rs aligned informed and operational on both day-to-day topics and broader commercial priorities.
Main responsibilities:
A&R Onboarding
- Support the onboarding of new A&Rs by providing access to key tools resources and documentation.
- Help new team members quickly become operational.
Training & Knowledge
- Create and update training materials and internal resources.
- Support learning initiatives and keep documentation up to date.
- Help communicate process tool and business updates to A&R teams.
Internal Communication
- Prepare recurring communications including the AS Bulletin and A&R Monthly Call.
- Ensure key information is shared clearly across international teams.
Commercial Strategy
- Help make commercial priorities and signing strategy accessible and easy to understand for A&Rs.
Content & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain presentations toolkits reports and other internal materials.
- Turn complex information into clear practical content and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
Cross-functional Projects
- Support training monitoring and reporting.
- Contribute to transversal projects that improve collaboration communication and operational efficiency within Artist Services.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field.
- Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical proactive and well-structured.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music; previous music industry experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong plus.
