Support PMO Governance & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of project management reports dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop PMO Tools & Templates
- Create update and maintain project management templates guides training material and best-practice documentation.
Digitalization - Digitalize existing reports and maintain current reports.
- Maintain the current Power BI reports and continue with the digitalization of existing reports.
- Profile
- Student in Project Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong flexibility and adaptability with the ability to work autonomously and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint SharePoint).
- Curious and willing to learn about project management and PMO activities.
- Fluent English is mandatory French would be a strong asset.
