Account Manager Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with French working on-site (hybrid model) in Prague.

What Youll Do:

• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clientsand agency stakeholders building strong trusted partnerships.

• Manage end-to-end localization transcreation and creative production projectsacross multiple markets and channels.

• Coordinate internal teams(design language digital post-production etc.) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead client communications status meetings and project planning activities.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and aligned with quality and brand standards.

• Identifyopportunities to improve processes client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Fluent or native-levelFrenchand professionalEnglish.

• 5 years ofexperience in Account Management Client Services Project Management or Production Managementwithin acreative agency production studio or localization environment.

• Strong experiencemanaging international clientsand complex multi-market projects.

• Excellent communication stakeholder management and organizational skills.

• Leadership potentialwith the ability to lead and develop a team of 3-5 people.

• Understanding oflocalization transcreation and creative production workflows with the ability to bridge client needs and production requirements.
