Solution Manager – Data, Insight & AI

We are looking for a Solution Manager Data Insight & AI to join our ICT this role you will lead the development governance and adoption of data integration analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.

Working closely with business stakeholders ICT teams and external partners you will translate business needs into scalable high-impact solutionsenhancing decision-making improving operational performance and supporting our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain roadmaps for data integration analytics and AI services

• Translate business requirements into scalable and governed data and technology solutions

• Drive the enterprise data platform and integration landscape (ERP CRM and core systems)

• Lead AI adoption from use case identification through to operational scaling

• Own integration practices including interfaces architectural patterns and lifecycle management

• Manage third-party service providers ensuring ongoing performance and continuous improvement

• Establish governance frameworks for data integration and AI services

• Support the operating model including collaboration with key users and coordination of releases and changes

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience working with data platforms integration technologies analytics or AI solutions.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven outcomes.

• Strong understanding of integration architectures (APIs middleware ETL) and enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.

• Knowledge of data management analytics and AI capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Structured problem-solving skills and a proactive delivery-oriented mindset.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing external partners or vendors.

• Fluent English is required.
