We are engaging Finnish Transcription Experts to contribute to an impactful customer project focused on language this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work:

1. Transcribe Finnish audio recordings with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Annotate segment or label linguistic data according to project-specific guidelines.
3. Review and validate transcriptions from other contributors ensuring consistency and high standards.
4. Identify and flag ambiguities dialectal variations or unclear audio for further analysis.
5. Document transcription challenges and contribute suggestions for guideline improvements.
6. Collaborate effectively via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve questions.
7. Deliver completed assignments within the agreed-upon project timelines and milestones.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Native-level proficiency in Finnish with a strong grasp of regional dialects and colloquial language.
2. Proven experience in transcription linguistics or language-related projects.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
5. Ability to understand interpret and follow complex linguistic or project guidelines.
6. Responsive proactive contributor who thrives in a remote collaborative setting.
7. Familiarity with transcription platforms linguistic annotation tools or language datasets is a plus.
