Finance Business Partner

Would you like to work in a dynamic and international financial administration in one of the worlds leading expert organizations We are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join Deloitte Finance this role You will support Business Unit stakeholders in financials as a strong business controlling sparring partner who gives insights into decision making and support in strategic decisions through financial analyses. This is a permanent and full-time position with preferred start date as soon as possible.

The Finance team plays a key role in supporting our business and is responsible for producing reports and analyses to support managements decision-making in addition to daily finance operations such as accounting payment transactions and purchase and sales invoice processes. The Finance Business Partner team is responsible for e.g. weekly and monthly management reporting budgeting & forecasting supporting in profitability and efficient management of engagement-related tasks.

However during the month-end reporting fiscal year-end procedures and e.g. budgeting time we hope you can do slightly longer days if necessary to meet the deadlines.

Tasks:

Finance business partner for one of our Business Units:

• Supporting challenging and sparring the Business Unit leaders in interpreting numbers including weekly monthly reporting
• Monitoring and analysing of key business KPIs (actual vs. plan)
• Owning driving and developing budgeting and forecasting process with deep collaboration towards the Business Unit
• Participating in Finance teams possible development projects (we have newly adopted new ERP system in use)
• Collaboration with Deloitte Nordic organizations as well as delivery centers positioned in India
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities

Qualifications :

• Relevant education Masters degree in Finance/Accounting (Economics and Business Administration) or similar relevant educational background
• Excellent analytical skills proactive working style and ability to turn numbers and data into insights to support business decision making
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
• Experience in international working experience
• Excellent skills with MS office especially Excel experience with Tableau/PowerBI and Anaplan are an advantage
• Fluency in both English and Finnish both oral and written
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
