Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced high-energy Branch General Manager to lead and
grow our JCB dealership location. As the GM you will have total operational and
financial accountability for the branch encompassing equipment sales parts inventory
service department efficiency and rental fleet utilization. Your primary objective is to
maximize market share for the JCB product line while driving profitable growth and
maintaining an industry-leading dealership absorption rate.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Operational Management
Full P&L Accountability: Oversee the branch budget drive revenue targets
control operational expenses and maximize bottom-line profitability.
Absorption Rate Optimization: Actively manage parts and service operations
to ensure aftermarket revenues absorb 100% of fixed branch overhead.
Asset & Fleet Management: Monitor whole-goods inventory turnover manage
the local rental fleet mix and optimize utilization rates.
OEM Relations & Sales Leadership
JCB Brand Champion: Serve as the primary liaison with JCB corporate
representatives ensuring compliance with dealer standards training
requirements and marketing initiatives.
Capital Equipment Sales: Support and coach the sales team on high-ticket
deals complex financing structures leasing programs and trade-in valuations.
Market Share Growth: Identify new market opportunities within the
construction agricultural and industrial sectors to expand the JCB footprint.Service & Parts Excellence
Service Efficiency: Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize technician
productivity shop efficiency and safety compliance.
Parts Turnover: Partner with the Parts Manager to ensure optimal stocking
levels for high-demand JCB components while minimizing obsolete inventory.
Leadership & Culture
Team Development: Recruit train and mentor a high-performing team across
sales parts service and administration.
Customer Loyalty: Maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and
resolve complex customer service issues promptly.
Requirements
Education:Bachelors Degree Business Administration Construction Management
Age (bracket) :26 to 49 Years Old
Experience: Minimal 7 Years Experience
Skills:Must possess good English speaking and listening skills.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience
within a heavy equipment agricultural machinery or commercial truck
dealership.
OEM Knowledge: Direct experience working with a major heavy equipment
manufacturer (e.g. JCB CAT Komatsu John Deere).
Education: Bachelors degree in business administration Construction
Management Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering or equivalent industry
experience.
Leadership: Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams (sales
mechanics parts specialists)
