Vendor Operations Associate, Amazon Now

Amazon Now team is seeking a smart enthusiastic and driven candidate to join our Vendor Operations team. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including In-Stock Managers Vendor Managers and Site Merchandisers to optimize processes and drive performance across key product categories.

The Vendor Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting vendor success by ensuring operational excellence across multiple touchpoints. This includes managing procurement activities monitoring in-stock performance supporting content updates and leveraging data analysis to enable informed decision-making.

The role also involves working directly with vendors to maintain strong relationships support negotiations and identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment demonstrates strong ownership and is passionate about delivering results that enhance both vendor and customer experience.

- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of vendor management or 2 years of relevant discipline work experience
- Knowledge of Excel skills to be able to refine data and prepare business reports
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Experience managing multiple projects prioritizing planning and managing time

- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Experience in Excel (including VBA pivot tables array functions power pivots etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience in supply chain such as contracting demand management and/or planning and procurement and supply chain operations
- Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive process improvements
