About the role

The L2/L3 Engineer Support for Temenos Transact (T24) is responsible for providing production support for DigiCore applications running on the R20 onpremises version of Temenos Transact (T24). This includes supporting Retail assets products and Micro Small Business Lending (LOS LF Scoring & Decisions LMS) within the platform.

As a part of your job you will

• Resolve Production tickets/incidents including providing workarounds and corrective actions.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and classify issues (configuration customization or core).
• Assist end users with knowledge issues explaining steps and solutions.
• Investigate production issues with Transact (T24) files and integrated applications
• Support and resolve IT incidents via Remedy Qlickserve CRM and other support channels.
• Handle SAMA SIMAH and Salesrelated cases/incidents ensuring proper followup with teams.
• Support file generation and response files for installment deductions (e.g. CTF FAH files).
• Participate in Change Management CAB meetings and promote fixes to production.
• Manage production environment operations support DR activities and provide 24/7 support during critical periods.
• Prepare performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) offer onsite support and assist with Contracts Migration and QA/testing triage.
  
  What are we looking for
  
• 5 years of experience as a Temenos Transact Loan Management SME in production support.
• Flexibility/willing to relocate/using KSA business visa for the project
• Strong expertise in the AA module and Temenos T24 core banking solution.
• Proven leadership in managing business requirements and product definitions from client SMEs.
• 810 years of experience implementing or supporting the AA module in various projects.
• Ability to manage endtoend implementation from requirements gathering to design configuration and testing.
• Proficient in creating Functional Specification Documents from client requirements.
• Experience in the full software lifecycle with a preference for agile methodology.
• Understanding of integration touchpoints and integration patterns.
• Expertise in functional testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
  Nice to have:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or IT.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance and banking software consultancy.
• Indepth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 Transact modules especially AA.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of other Temenos solutions such as Infinity TPH Customer & Accounts.
