Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative with strong marketing and sales skills to promote our medical courses and clinic services. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your sales career in the healthcare sector while working remotely from Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote medical courses and clinic services.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries providing information and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Track and report sales activities and outcomes including call logs leads and sales metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales telemarketing or a related field within the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Fluency in English.
Cairo Residents only.
