Job Summary
Connectalents a leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA is hiring an Structural Engineer in 5th Settlement to join a dynamic real estate development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven professional to take ownership of projects from concept to completion translating architectural vision into reality through precise shop drawings hands-on site execution and close collaboration with contractors and design teams.
Job Role:
- Prepare and review structural designs calculations and reinforcement details.
- Perform structural analysis using ETABS SAP2000 and SAFE.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Review shop drawings subcontractor submissions and technical documentation.
- Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with structural specifications.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 57 years of experience in structural design and site supervision.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in large real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments).
- Proficiency in ETABS SAP2000 SAFE and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit and Primavera is a plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English.
