Job Summary

Our Client is a leading provider of high-end market strategies business process outsourcing and business IT solutions across public and private sectors in the UAE. And they are seeking a Lead Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET and OutSystems to lead a high-performing development team in building scalable secure and high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with deep development experience strong architectural understanding and the ability to drive delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a software development team delivering solutions on .NET and OutSystems platforms.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Drive engineering best practices coding standards and development processes across the team.

Design & Development

Design develop and unit test software applications in line with architectural standards.
Develop and maintain OutSystems applications ensuring scalability and performance.
Manage system integration activities create acceptance test plans and execute test cases.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and security.

Process Improvement & Delivery

Identify recommend and implement improvements across the SDLC.
Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum methodologies and support continuous delivery.
Troubleshoot issues optimize performance and ensure system stability.

Work Model

Onsite MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday (WFH): 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
No hybrid/remote option available.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
12 years of progressive development and architectural experience in .NET and/or low-code platforms (OutSystems strongly preferred).
5 years of team leadership experience managing developers and technical delivery.
Strong understanding of OOP design patterns and software architecture.
Hands-on experience with C# SQL Server HTML CSS JavaScript.
Experience with OutSystems or low-code platforms (required for this role).
Experience integrating APIs and web services.
Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio Git JIRA.
Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
