Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Technical Office Manager to lead and supervise all technical office activities for high-speed rail station projects. Youll play a key role in ensuring project deliverables meet client specifications and technical issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise technical office activities including review and approval of shop drawings material submittals and technical documentation.
- Coordinate between design construction and procurement teams to ensure alignment and project progress.
- Monitor project schedules deliverables and compliance with client specifications.
- Ensure proper document control and adherence to project procedures and codes.
- Solve technical issues and provide support to project execution teams on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in technical office management.
- Proven experience in high-speed rail or mega infrastructure stations.
- Strong technical knowledge in construction methods specifications and standards.
- Excellent leadership coordination and communication skills.
