Job Summary
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering. Strong construction oversight skills; 10 years of NPP construction supervision experience including management of multi-cultural teams. Excellent report writing skills.
Special Job Requirements
- Ability to analyze communicate influence and persuade.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential understanding of Russian is a plus. Organized and disciplined capability to plan and schedule tasks and events. - Awareness of project estimates and budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizes and leads the Worley construction supervision mechanical team to help the Owner ensure the project is effectively and technically developed to meet the contract and standards requirements local and international codes timeline and budget.
- Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project when requested.
- Ensures Worley mechanical construction supervision systems and procedures are developed and rolled out for the project and work is performed in accordance with Worley internal processes and standards.
- Reports on project performance against the baseline plan of mechanical installations.
- Responsible for ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures that the Worley mechanical construction supervision team and any 3rd party subcontractors adhere to the overall project execution plan and project quality plan.
- Ensures that all identified Worley sub-contractors are suitably pre-qualified for delivery of the project.
- Reviews safety and hazard assessments.
- Monitors construction of NPPs and associated systems; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.
- Reviews comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to mechanical construction.
