Job Summary
Job Purpose:
To ensure the effective review and implementation of electromechanical works across projects in line with approved designs technical specifications quality standards and project requirements while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Key Resposabilities:
- Review electromechanical designs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Review technical specifications and BOQs.
- Review contractors technical offers and conduct price analysis.
- Follow up on project execution and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors regarding technical matters.
- Evaluate materials and systems based on cost quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 57 years of relevant experience in electromechanical projects.
- Strong experience in MEP design and implementation.
- Good knowledge of BOQs technical specifications and tendering.
- Experience in reviewing technical offers and evaluating electromechanical systems.
- Strong communication coordination and analytical skills.
