Senior Document Control

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Document Control professional to join our team in Cairo Egypt. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations document control processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Develop implement and maintain document control procedures and systems
• Manage the document lifecycle including creation review approval distribution and archiving
• Ensure all documents are properly indexed stored and easily retrievable
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and organize project documentation
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures
• Train staff on document control processes and best practices
• Implement and manage version control systems to track document revisions
• Generate reports on document status compliance and other key metrics
• Collaborate with IT department to optimize document management systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to document control

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or related field
• 10 years of experience in document control or related field within a corporate environment
• Proficiency in document management systems and version control software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and industry best practices
• Experience with database management and information retrieval systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Certifications in document management (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Egyptian business practices and regulations (preferred)
