Senior Architect (Design)

• Lead the architectural design of technical buildings equipment rooms control buildings industrial facilities and administrative support structures.
• Prepare concept developed and detailed architectural drawings in full compliance with applicable codes authority regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct and lead design and coordination meetings with clients operators and internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate all architectural interfaces with MEP structural civil and systems disciplines.
• Develop and review combined services drawings (CSD) and ensure alignment with all design packages.
• Review inputs from other disciplines incorporate client comments and issue revised drawings and documentation.
• Support the preparation of BOD specifications and technical reports as required.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in architectural design for industrial infrastructure or technical buildings.
• Excellent command of Revit and AutoCAD with strong BIM coordination experience.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes DEWA standards and relevant international building codes.
• Strong communication client-facing and design leadership skills.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary engineering environments is preferred.
