• Manage the end-to-end air freight import process from arranging shipments to coordinating delivery.
• Liaise with international suppliers overseas agents and customers to ensure timely collection and delivery of cargo.
• Coordinate with airlines and negotiate air freight rates and space allocations.
• Monitor and track shipments ensuring compliance with import regulations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate customs clearance procedures and documentation including import permits licenses and declarations.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the import process.
• Provide excellent customer service by proactively communicating with clients regarding shipment status delays and any potential issues.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers aiming to exceed their expectations.
