We will count on you to:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals to expand our client base.
Assist in cultivating and securing new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Actively manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.

What you need to have:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage or 5 years of experience in corporate sales (excluding retail) including banking cyber advisory investment banking or advisory firms.
Proven track record of supporting sales targets and objectives.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
