What Youll Do:
Manage projects and handle the communication with client to ensure all instructions are executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
Managing projects:
- Adding the project on Transparent software.
- Deliver projects on time.
- Adding the PO on transparent.
- Conduct QA using CAT tools.
- Estimate deadline.
Handling communication with customers
- Handle different communications with the client regarding: new project opportunities feedback queries Pos and invoices.
- Handle positive and negative feedback.
- Follow up on feedback implementation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent English skills.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Localization industry Experience is a MUST
- CAT and project management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
