Job Summary
- Own and lead the end-to-end design process from research ideation and prototyping to final delivery.
- Create wireframes user flows mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Developers and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve UX/UI across Bevatel platforms.
- Ensure consistency of visual language across all products adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Champion design best practices and accessibility standards across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of Bevatels design system.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Design HCI or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and impactful product work.
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience working in agile cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
