Position: Pre-Sales Security Engineer

We are seeking a technical and customer-facing Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our clients business needs and our advanced security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored security architecture.
• Conduct technical presentations product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for solutions involving Fortinet technologies CrowdStrike Tenable Nozomi and others.
• Develop comprehensive technical proposals bill of materials (BoM) and scope of work (SoW) documents.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding their overall security posture (OT Security MFA Data Protection).
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and vendor updates to position Click ITS competitively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting role within the cybersecurity domain.
• Deep understanding of various security layers (NGFW SD-WAN SOC EDR/XDR).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Relevant vendor certifications are highly desirable.
