Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with strong expertise in project governance reporting and delivery support. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Project Management Office roles with a proven track record of supporting large-scale initiatives enabling executive decision-making and driving effective project delivery across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage PMO processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Develop maintain and monitor project plans schedules and deliverables.
• Track analyze and report on project costs budgets and financial performance.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Manage risks issues and dependencies across projects escalating where necessary.
• Support project governance and decision-making through high-quality presentations and documentation.
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide guidance on best practices in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a PMO or project governance role.
• Strong skills in cost management strategic planning and scheduling.
• Expertise in stakeholder and client management.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Solid understanding of risk and issue management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification).
• Experience in multinational or large-scale transformation projects.
