Network Engineer
Job Summary
Support the setup structure and governance of large transformation programs.
Manage program-level reporting including status reports dashboards KPIs and executive summaries.
Track project timelines budgets risks issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate steering committee meetings stakeholder reviews and governance calls with senior leadership.
Develop and maintain program documentation frameworks and templates.
Support resource forecasting financial tracking and demand management processes.
Monitor and ensure adherence to project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
Identify delivery risks and escalate issues while supporting mitigation plans.
Act as a key liaison between program leadership delivery teams and external stakeholders.
-PMP certification required
5 years of experience in PMO or program management roles ideally in large-scale business or digital transformation environments.
Strong understanding of project governance financial tracking reporting and risk management.
Expertise in project management tools (MS Project JIRA Clarity PPM or similar platforms).
Advanced skills in MS Excel PowerPoint and reporting dashboards (Power BI/Tableau desirable).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
