As the first point of contact for our worldwide clients brokers and medical providers youll provide outstanding support coordinate across departments and embrace cutting-edge AI tools to deliver top-tier service.

What Youll Do :

Be the friendly multilingual voice of Allianz Partners ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Commit to the departments service standards including a 24 hours turnaround for all written communication including email responses and a target call
Multi-tasking of daily assigned workload as well as ad hoc assignments and follow up on individual cases
Assist our in-house medical team in coordinating clients hospital admissions evacuations repatriations and other cases as required
Use AI-powered tools to respond swiftly and accurately to queries about claims hospitalizations and more
Assist our in-house medical team with hospital admissions evacuations and repatriations.
Master our products to provide clients with timely accurate information.
Thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment with rotating shifts.

What You Bring:

Fluency in English or one of the following: French German Spanish or Portuguese.

Experience in a customer-facing role (Call Center experience is a plus).

Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word).

A medical background is a bonus but not required.
