Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced MEAN Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development with a focus on MongoDB Angular and technologies. As a MEAN Stack Engineer you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining innovative web applications that meet our clients needs.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in implementing best practices for MEAN stack development.
Full-Stack Development: Design develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using MongoDB Angular and technologies.
Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and adherence to coding standards. Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure application reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the projects including architecture diagrams design documents and API specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in MEAN stack development and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and performance of the applications.
Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing innovative solutions to resolve them effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements prioritize tasks and deliver solutions on time.
Mentorship: Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise in MEAN stack development.
Deployment and Maintenance: Participate in the deployment and maintenance of applications ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance in production environments.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in MEAN stack technologies
Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies.
Experience with database design and development using MongoDB database.
Proficiency in server-side programming with and .
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular 2.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
