Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Recruiter your duties will include but are not limited to:
Candidate Acquisition: Actively acquire candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels ensuring the proper and maximum utilization of all tools provided by the company.
Sourcing & Screening: Identify source and thoroughly screen qualified applicants to ensure they meet the criteria and cultural fit for the open positions.
Onboarding: Manage and execute the complete onboarding process for all qualified and hired applicants ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
Working Schedule
We offer a structured yet partially flexible schedule to accommodate both team collaboration and individual workflow.
Work Days: Sunday to Friday (6 days a week).
Daily Hours: Seven (7) working hours daily.
Core Hours (Mandatory): You are required to be online and available for work daily from 11:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST to ensure operational continuity and team collaboration.
Flexible Hours: The remaining three (3) working hours may be scheduled flexibly outside of the core hours subject to prior approval from your direct supervisor.
Previous experience or strong interest in HR recruitment or onboarding.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter job boards).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and adhere to strict core hours.

Compensation & Performance Incentives
Base Salary: An annual gross salary of 60000 EGP (Egyptian Pounds) paid in equal monthly installments of 5000 EGP.
Performance Increase: After successfully completing the probationary period you will be eligible for a 20% basic salary increase based strictly on your performance evaluations.
KPIs: monthly KPIs for each successful onboarding
