Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Data Scientist with a strong passion for datadriven this role you will combine technical expertise analytical rigor and business acumen to develop statistical and machine learning models derive actionable insights and support critical decisionmaking processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with diverse teams to design implement and analyze algorithms aimed at optimizing commercial and pricing operations.
• Apply robust statistical techniques to uncover relationships between variables measure the impact of business strategies on key performance indicators and build validate and maintain both statistical and machine learning models.
• Analyze large datasets to extract statistically valid and businessrelevant insights. Ensure that findings are effectively translated into strategic recommendations.
• Continuously evaluate model performance and refine methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability.
• Clearly articulate insights and complex statistical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring actionable intelligence is readily understood and applied.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
  A minimum of 2 years of experience in a datafocused role.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in Python and key libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy Scikitlearn Statsmodels).
• Strong expertise in vectorization and code optimization for largescale data processing.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Analytical & Statistical Expertise:
  Solid understanding of business analytics statistical analysis (including causal inference simulation regression clustering) with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Additional Assets:
  Experience with Deep Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
  Understanding of the FMCG market dynamics is a plus.
• Data Visualization:
  Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Matplotlib.
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent problemsolving abilities critical thinking and the capacity to align technical solutions with broader business objectives. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively convey insights and drive decisionmaking.
