IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Manager to join our team in the beautiful City Hotel. As a key member of our organization you will report to the GM and assist in overseeing all aspects of our IT operations ensuring seamless technology integration and driving digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including networks servers and cloud-based systems
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Ensure the security and integrity of company data through robust cybersecurity measures
• Oversee IT project management from planning to execution and evaluation
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
• Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and best practices
• Monitor and control IT budgets and expenses
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for critical issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles
• Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure and implementing innovative technology solutions
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk management
• Experience with cloud computing platforms 
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring IT teams
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with budgeting and resource allocation in IT departments
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles
• Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
