Role Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Invoice Clerk to join our client's dynamic team. This remote role is ideal for candidates offering an opportunity to contribute to a fastgrowing company in the heavy equipment service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing: Generate review and dispatch invoices accurately and promptly to clients.
Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all financial transactions.
Payment Tracking: Monitor the status of payments follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Data Management: Accurately enter and manage financial data using the company's accounting software.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk or in a similar financial administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
(experience/knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus—we use Quickbooks for all invoicing)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the heavy equipment service industry or related fields advantageous
Experience working with clients across multiple regions particularly in the U.S.
