Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Course / workshops Research & Content Development

Conduct research on course topics within finance business and accounting.

Develop detailed course outlines learning objectives and storyboards.

Prepare highquality educational materials presentations and scripts in Arabic & English.

2. Course Production & Video Supervision

Attend and supervise live training sessions and prerecorded shoots to ensure content quality

Review and provide feedback on recorded sessions before final editing.

Collaborate with video editors to ensure engaging and professional video production.

3. LMS Management & Content Upload

Upload and structure courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Ensure seamless access correct course organization and a userfriendly experience for students.

4. Student Engagement & Live Session Moderation

Track student progress and respond to queries regarding course materials.

Conduct live Q&A sessions Excel sheet training sessions and student followups.

Moderate and facilitate live online lectures ensuring smooth delivery.

5. Course Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Gather student feedback and suggest improvements for future courses.

Work closely with subject matter experts trainers and designers to enhance course quality.

Keep updated with elearning trends and financial education best practices.

Requirements

Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken) is a must.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Education or a related field.
Experience in elearning instructional design or course development.
Familiarity with LMS platforms online course creation and videobased learning.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to supervise video production and provide editorial feedback.
Comfortable with live training coordination and student engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in financial education business coaching or corporate training.
Knowledge of educational video editing and multimedia tools.
Background in EdTech online learning platforms or training organizations.
