Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR & Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our team and support the development of a strong performance-driven organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and update organizational structures and job descriptions
* Develop and implement HR policies procedures and internal systems
* Design and manage performance management systems and KPIs
* Support workforce planning recruitment and talent acquisition
* Develop career paths succession plans and employee development programs
* Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
* Support management in improving organizational effectiveness and employee performance
* Prepare HR reports workforce analytics and management insights
Requirements:
* Proven experience in *Human Resources and Organizational Development*
* Strong knowledge of performance management and KPI frameworks
* Experience in developing HR policies processes and organizational structures
* Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
* Experience in fast-growing or multi-department organizations is preferred
Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities: 1- Lead coach and develop the sales team. 2- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets. 3-Monitor performance and ensure consistent results. 4- Identify growth opportunities and improve sales effectiveness. 5- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Requirements: 1- 5 years of sales experience preferably in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare. 2- Proven experience in sales team management. 3- Strong leadership and commercial skills. 4- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
