Mission

• The mission of the Global Process Leader is to establish and sustain high-performance global processes by setting clear strategic direction and enabling continuous improvement efforts. This role supports organizational objectives by ensuring process compliance quality and effectiveness through collaborative leadership and analytic insight. It enables operational excellence and supports transformation initiatives that align with the evolving needs of Orange and its customers.

Main activities

• Define and maintain the 35 year vision ambition values and objectives for the global process.
• Build and adapt the yearly roadmap through agile reviews to reflect evolving priorities and challenges.
• Standardize process practices including documentation reference management and IT cartography.
• Define monitor and report KPIs and operational dashboards to track process performance.
• Lead quarterly bi-annual and annual process reviews with management teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Drive initiatives focused on process improvement reengineering and transformation to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Identify key pain points and positive moments within customer and employee journeys to enhance overall experience.
• Coordinate process interlocks and ensure end-to-end consistency across global processes.
• Ensure adherence to legal regulatory and certification requirements relevant to process governance.

• Manages and supports Process Owners and delegated Process Owners to ensure process adherence and alignment.

• Defines process profiles including customer value proposition key activities required skills and master data.

• Coordinates with IT and continuous improvement teams to leverage technology and methodology advancements.
• Supports operational journeys for field actors engaged in customer interactions to improve process experiences.
• Conducts SWOT analyses to identify risks and opportunities influencing process strategy and execution.

• Education:
• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Management Quality Management Information Systems or related fields.
• A Masters degree in Process Management Project Management Business Transformation or Management is considered an advantage.
• Experience:
• Experience in operational activities covering both build and run phases.
• Project management experience involving coordination and delivery of process-related initiatives.
• Quality assurance and process management experience is considered beneficial.
• Certifications:
• ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification is required.
• ISO or ISAE certification is preferred to enhance process governance capabilities.
