Full-Time QA Scrum Master

As a QA & Scrum Master you will work closely with developers stakeholders and team members to deliver highquality software and streamline project . This dualrole position focuses on ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing while driving Agile processes to improve team efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications :

QA Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of new features updates and bug fixes to ensure compliance with technical and user requirements.
• Develop maintain and execute detailed test plans test cases and automation scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify document and manage bugs collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Perform functional regression exploratory and performance testing.
• Validate requirements and specifications for testability and accuracy.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Monitor and report on software quality metrics ensuring continuous improvements in testing practices.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader enabling the team to identify and overcome impediments to progress.
• Promote Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices within the team.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and align it with business goals.
• Track team performance and sprint progress using Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
• Ensure timely and highquality delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.
   

  Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years of combined experience as a QA and Scrum Master in IT or software development.
   
• Technical Skills:
  Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and automation frameworks.
  Basic understanding of APIs databases and software development workflows.
  Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Agile Expertise: Indepth understanding of Scrum and Agile principles with proven experience leading Agile teams.
   
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to facilitate teamwork and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  Strong analytical skills to identify and address technical and processrelated issues.
